FAQs
WHAT WILL INSURANCE COVER?
As a courtesy, we check your dental benefits and estimate your out-of-pocket costs before each visit. However, insurance coverage varies by plan, including different percentages, frequency limits, downgrades, and annual maximums. For any service treatment planned, we do our best to estimate the patient portion. If insurance pays less than expected, the patient is responsible for the difference. For more accurate estimates, we can submit a pre-determination, or you may contact your insurance provider directly. Click here to find out if we accept your insurance.
MAXED OUT: CAN I STILL GET A CLEANING?
Every individual dental plan is different, but we find that most insurances will still cover a regular cleaning even if you have maxed out your benefits for the year.
X-RAYS: DO I NEED THEM?
Yes, without them the dentist cannot accurate detect infection, decay, cancer and pathology. Dental exams without x rays are completed below the standard of care. Radiographs (x-rays) are typically required 2x a year but in some instances once a year is adequate (with no previous history of dental issues). If you have copies from a previous dental office we cannot accept them if they are blurry, cut off, or more than 6 months old. For more information on digital x rays click here.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
Of course! We work almost exclusively with a third party financing company called Cherry. They offer different payment plan options with zero to little interest up to 18 months. Click here for more information.
